Sometimes QE is planning the work and working the plan. But QE can also be figuritivly chucking your spent handgun at the badguy because it's all you have left.
QE can be the big things and the little things; the shinny thing to the subtle thing. From the blatant to the counterintuitive; Quantal Endurance is ALL THE THINGS, all the discrete things, we use to KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
